Good wishes to you!~. And yes, in theory it should be fine, as I do a lot of work on my computer in any case. But I usually work on campus or at coffee shops, where there's a lot of background noise. Home is quiet (I live alone) and full of distractions (books, bed, cleaning, etc.). And I miss interacting with students in person a lot more than I thought I would.

I'm trying to extend some grace to myself, but it can be hard. Hope you can cut yourself some slack as well.

Some weeks later, and I've mostly stabilised (there was a week there that was pretty dodgy). I hope you have also managed to get yourself into a good routine/approximation of such.
