Oh gods, I hate bad pain days. They suck.

thanks. I reckon I got 8 hours cover out of the meds -- which is either more than I should from the paracetamol, or not nearly enough on the other (which is meant to be 1 a day). But I achieved some things in that time.

Well that's good, at least.

But yeah...med run-out is never a good thing. I sometimes deal with that with my antipsychotics, and it's a magor anxiety producer.

I'm still adjusting to this new anti-inflammatory, so I'm hoping it won't keep happening. And I've some of the old one that I'll use next time things are bad, and see if it gets me through the day. I kind of know what I did to trigger the flare up at least.
