I vaselate between being okay, and not okay. Home cooked meals help, and so cdoes fresh air through the window, but I am restless and need to move.

I am also very anxious about asking for things from my room mates sometimes because of stupid brain weasle assumptions that I am having a hard time getting around.

It's been almost two weeks, and I've not been out of the house since Mar. 14...and I just...need the air today.

I am also in love with camemiel tea and my kitties. Kitties are love. So much win.

Sympathies on not having been out of the house. I sat on the verandah today, and it made a significant difference to my mood. I hope you can find something that works for you to get some air.

We have the windows open. It's helping a little.

With two at risk people in the house+a two-year old, it's about the best we can do.
