I'm mostly okay - did myself a mischief stretching yesterday (dodgy joints are dodgy) but I promptly went and did all the right things, and while I'm a bit sore, I'm also still walking.

A few days back, I noticed that someone ticked 'I need some help', and I've been looking out for requests for help, and not seeing any. Did the person get what they needed? (I'm dashing in and out today, but if I remember tomorrow and no-one has answered, I'll go back and see whether I've just missed the relevant post/comment)

When people tick "I need some help" twistedchick or I contact them directly if they don't talk about it in comments. But good on you to notice--please double-check if you can and tell me who it was, to make sure it didn't drop between chairs.
