I've been on lockdown for 11 months now, not going anywhere -- not that there's anywhere to go. I'm on a waiting list at the clinic to get the vaccine -- I could probably get it faster if I signed up some other places, but because I have odd drug reactions I want to be somewhere that has Urgent Care one door over. And I'm glad other people are getting the vaccine, and I'm glad they're able to move on with their lives, but I am getting really really tired of hearing about it while I'm sitting here in the house, waiting.

I attended the birthday party for my 1-year old nephew Saturday afternoon. I'm in his quarantine bubble so I got to witness the cake eating afterwards too. He was somewhat confused as to why he was dressed as the very hungry caterpillar, but did enjoy the decorations my sister and my mom had made.
