I got some sleep so that's good. I woke up every few hours but promptly fell back asleep. I think the magnesium is starting to work. I did have trouble falling asleep initially, though. One day at a time.

I went for a walk with a friend and we talked about stuff. It was nice to see a friendly face and be able to talk about different things vs. what we talk about with my co-workers.

I also managed to cook, and we had a fun D&D session in the evening. I'm so glad for the long weekend, though.
