If you click on "I could use some help", please provide some way that the moderators here can contact you, so that we can try to find some way to get you that help. If you have set 'prefer not to receive IMs', then reset it or find some other way to be contacted. Saying that you need help and not giving us a way to even begin to help you with that is frustrating all around.
