The 'not OK' is only because my medication has disappeared into a box which I can't find and I've no mood stabiliser (sodium valproate). If things get hairy, I'll ring NHS 111 and get them to help me by putting a rocket up the local doctors.

I'm caught between two surgeries - one doctors says they don't have my details yet, and the other one says they haven't received a request for them which the first lot say they have sent. Plus, doctors' receptionists are leery about any patient asking for anything, IMO.
