Someone else suggested putting your hands on opposite shoulders and sort of hugging yourself. I think the addition of a scarf and/or soft thing would be good.

I've taken to sleeping with a teddy bear again. I stopped )I don't know why, but I did) and it seems to be helping too. I have many stuffed things, and they help. A lot.

That's my ESA, he's a big boy, and I love him to bits. The other one is a little fisty panther-like thing, and that's my little lady. :)
