I went for a short (20 minutes) drive about, mostly for a change of scenery. I hit my fave local coffee stand for a mocha, and then felt hypocritical, as I'd earlier backed out of plans to have someone come over for coffee. I really want to spend time with an actual friend, but she's an essential worker, and thus around people, and being around her - even if we didn't touch - felt more dangerous than getting coffee from a guy wearing gloves

isolation sucks
