Doom Headache, Return of the Doom, day 2. I have managed to get through the day by keeping the office dark, dimming Chrome (thank you Deluminate) and using Dark Mode where possible, and frequently laying down. I don't know how I'm going to manage tomorrow, though.

I was so tired and stressed yesterday I completely blanked on what my Fandom Check-in Alarm *meant*.

Today I've been resting my hands, I'll get up tomorrow & phone bank for another 6 hours. Then in the evening: Bruce Lee movies! The Avengers (the 60s TV show)! because that will be the level of intellectual & emotional engagement we'll be up for.

The arthritis that has been bad in my thumbs, at the base of the thumb, for the last week of rain has eased up. I am too tired to panic, too tired to do more than try to get some sleep. But I did watch "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade" last night in honor of Sir Sean Connery, just to watch him have fun not being James Bond.

I have arthritis in the joint, too. I put diclofenac on it, it helps *some*. Have you found any medication that works particularly well? Have you tried e.g. CBD oil?
