Today, I handled work, despite 'oh be chat' and techs not using the sense of geese, all very clear minded and fairly focused.

I did cat chores and garbage/recycling with no trouble.

And then! I actually prepped the slow cooker for tomorrow.

All without brain fog or overwhelming fatigue.

I cannot remember the last time I was able to handle a full day's responsibilities AND be able to prep the next day AND still not hit the ban hammer of fatigue.
