because life with cats is pain.... had one of the cats effectively throw half a kitchen (and herself, twice) at my back last night while I was trying to finish up in there and go to bed, so today was A Lot of Pain and thus a lot of fatigue. Sigh. Maybe tomorrow I can have an accident-free day? That would be nice

Deadlines keep happening. I just have to make it through this set, which I think run out early December, and then I get time to stop and think (and plan a schedule that will hopefully work as a reasonable way of doing things for the following 6-12 months, because there will be another set up deadlines this time next year).
