I'm sleeping more -- up to 10 hours a night, even after some insomnia -- but I feel better when I wake up and I'm able to be more active. Maybe I needed the sleep?

Sleep can be very healing. I tend to short myself of sleep -- so much fanfic to read -- but yeah, when I sleep as much as my body needs, I also feel better and am more active. It's amazing what happens when we take care of ourselves, isn't it?
