If I could go an entire day with out vertigo, that'd be great. A week straight now. Where can I file a refund request for this body?

Ooof. I wish I could magically heal it. Alas, I can only commiserate. Vertigo is absolutely evil and I hope it gets better for you soon.

Currently I am feeling okay because I found a work around for my misbehaving TV, and had a good ride yesterday. (kind of just waiting for the other shoe? )

A good ride is always excellent, and a workaround for anything isn't too shabby, so yay! Maybe the horse kicked the shoe into the lake, and it isn't coming.
