Life is...interesting. Per the Chiinese sense.

Lost job unexpectedly through no fault of our own.
Havingb to scale back in the last six weekks and visit a food bank for the first ttime in yyears, aand still didn'tt manage it well enough which means we are now deeper in the red than we have been in the last...2 or so years, and it's freaking me, personallyy, 9out becauuse it's giving the bio-mother more stress that she doesn't need. :(

In other more positive newss, I have a PCP who absolutelyy gets uus, and I mean *gets u* and that wee absolutely adore. I cried when it really hit me/us (Craimar was there, too) in a good way. I needed that today. We both did, actually.

Yeah...and what I didn't put here is that...it's so bad that we've also put out a *Go Fund me* which we've only done twice )before now; this is our third, I think) in the five years since we've been back from Ohio, which is when we put up our first one.

Despite the positive news from earlier, just thinking about the amount is making me want to cry...for a completely different reason. Note: the ammount is over 600 ATM...which means tha half my bennies are already not available next montth. FML

Yes. One of the reasons I made it is so I woulddn't have to share more private things.

Anxiety Muffin Cat has missed more than two meals, meaning she's coming off her anti-anxiety meds, so now we get to worry that she's hidden herself so well she's stuck where I have no hope of finding her or getting her unstuck. Hoping Bast moves her to come out of hiding soon, as this month has already been horribly death-filled enough already, thanks.

She turned up for breakfast, looking like she'd Been Through It, which at least gave me a chance to start getting her back on her meds. She's going to be extra gremlin-looking until her fur grows back in from the anxiety-induced over-grooming, but not the first time she's pulled a Disappear...just the longest
