Lost our "Manny" cat, dwarf ginger DJ Jazzy Jazz today. He really loved taking care of tiny kittens ... and loving up on us when we were between kittens.

Compared notes with wifey and July is the death month, though usually it's kittens who succumb to FKS, but we didn't really have a kitten boom this spring, so it's been mostly adults this time and it really sucks.
