I had a lovely, quiet day, spoiled by my wife. I am employed. I have a roof over my head. I have three wonderful cats, and 8 aquarium denizens. Intellectually, I know that I am in a very good, safe-ish position at this point in history.

And yet. I am at my second lowest mental health point this year, and I do not know how to break it this time.

Not really looking for anything; just needed to log it somewhere where others might understand it.

Sympathy. I am also in a good place and suffering from the 'I hate everything' brain weasels. May we both find a way out quickly and with minimal stress.
