My bad knee was improving - an arthritis flare-up - but yesterday I twisted it awkwardly and reinjured it so am back to a slow hobble again. Goddamn it, and I was just starting on some tidying up tasks at home. But, otherwise okay.

I'm hobbling because of sciatica - it's just so annoying! It feels especially wrong to be dealing with this right now. I hope you're feeling better soon.

Bad knee sympathies - I miss the hydrotherapy pool so much right now. I need to soak and stretch and float.

Ugh, sorry! It's never a good time to have a bum knee, but it seems extra hard to be in discomfort when everything else is so bizarre and out of whack.

I hope you have ice packs or a brace or whatever you need to support and mend.
