The air pollution in my city is up around 450 right now, this shit triggers my seizures, and there is exactly one room of my house that's safe for me right now. But there's nowhere within a hundred miles that's enough better to risk a run to a hotel, so I can't even get out.

(This is not life threatening, just terrible, and terrifying.)
