Honestly not sure what I need. Just feeling off.

We have the two oldest grandsons for the weekend and my hips already hurt.
On the other hand, wife and I made (lumpy) bao, wife made hummus, I swept and mopped the whole house and did a load of blankets, so not really surprised I hurt. Expect to be covered in kittens tonight, though, as the boys are way too energetic for the youngest fosters.

PBS has on YouTube exercises for quilters (hands and shoulders, I've watched.)

I get them in my arch sometimes; running my foot over a smallish ball -- golf ball, small rubber ball -- in the right place helps.

It looks like nighttime here in Seattle. We have smoke from four major fires converging here. It's been like this for days, but today the air quality is actually up the Hazardous. I don't even want to think about the people closer to the actual fires.
