Can't remember if I've mentioned it here, but have had both hips treated for bursitis this week, which has been amazingly stressful (I hate needles) and I'm just starting to come out of the funk from that. On the plus side, the one treated on Monday is much much better. On the minus, I've overdone things thinking that the one treated on Wednesday had had enough rest and now I'm back on the couch cursing myself for being a brat.

I'm now waiting for the results of the covid test that I managed to organize yesterday via some phone tag, after I got that app notification of a risky exposure.
ETA: just got a text from my GP that the test came back negative, so I'm much relieved.
