Day 4 of waking up with extreme sinus pain because it's that time of year (fall allergens + hurricane season = someone kill me now time) and we are once again having to choose between this or that staple because limited resources and running low on both tylenol and advil at the same time sucks.

I finally found cloth masks that I can talk in and that do not fog up my glasses! (on Etsy)

They become pretty wet after three hours of talking, so I have to change them out if I'm talking a lot. But they meet two of my three criteria, so they're doing better than the others I've found.

Still no sign of the local mental health people getting in touch. If I am manic, I'm getting no help for it.
