I know. I keep hoping for a major pushback to the evil creep, but it keeps not happening.

I'm already exhausted by ... everything. e_e I'm trying not to give in to fear and paranoia, but it's hard when I know I'm under attack on multiple vectors (ethnic, gender, disability) and don't personally have the resources to do anything to fight back. All I can really do is keep writing my silly stories and hope they can give relief to those actively in the trenches and try to be a good neighbor (until one of them turns on us).

I know. The news is so disgusting and frightening. I still can't believe he was elected again.

yeah, I'm really having to cut back and monitor the amount of news I consume or the despair death spiral kicks in and I've got enough bad brain worm days without that. e_e
