Another post indicated she was dealing with plumbing. It got handled, but that's enough to make anyone forget other stuff.

I saw a post from her later -- apparently dealing with plumbing. Taken care of, but enough to make anyone forget other stuff. Goodness knows, I've dropped the ball a few times; the least I can do is pick it up for someone else.
