I read the news.

I'm flip-flopping between depression and anger. At the moment, depression is winning.

I spent the night not sleeping well because I checked the early returns before going to bed. As of morning, all hope is dashed. I despise over half of my fellow Americans, when I had so much hope for us before. I hoped the high turnouts meant people were turning out to forcefully reject the orange shitgibbon. I am so disappointed in people: the cultists that voted for the shitgibbon, and the enablers who didn't bother to vote.

I think, one reason it is so hard today, is because it really did look like we were rallying to common sense.

Popping in here for once to say hi to my fellow yanks. Ngl, I was up all night shaking and I kind of do feel like I've got a hangover. Nevertheless, I am alive and trying to bury myself in Gunpla.
