Have hit the point of 'that is the perfect role for me so of course I will not get it'. Today has been a very harsh emotional roller coaster that included suicidal thoughts, nearly quitting my job, euphoria over a job possibility, to this pit of 'it won't happen'. I believe the long spells of rain no sun are eroding what emotional stability I had, and am buckling down with all of my copes at the forefront.

I actually am okay right now generally. But I am very cranky that I have to get up two hours early tomorrow to go to a bi-yearly meeting on my birthday. That last part makes it worse. Just by a little, though, because I hate getting up that early.

My run of good luck with not getting whatever bug is going around has run out; I'm home and not working on my work from home day because illness, and I'm too vague to do anything, but not so sick that I can go back to sleep after already sleeping 12+ hours across naps and sleeping in, so the day is dragging.
