Since I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea and put on a CPAP, my health has improved immensely. I am actually getting a good night's sleep on a regular basis now, and have enough energy to do things like exercise. Between exercise and being able to sleep all night, I feel a lot, lot better, and my heart has cut down on the excursions into arrhythmia it was making.

I'm losing my mind. I could have sworn we had more litter (nope) and a whole other bag of kibble (also nope) and there's no more money until next month and then there's the abandoned kittens who keep dying (which at least sort of explains why they were abandoned) - we're down to two out of seven. AND I had to bury an older kitten who had been just FINE the night before and suddenly just crashed and the lady who was supposed to come take the smallest kittens off our hands never showed or messaged yesterday and did I mention that I am out of rope? The rising temptation to just open the door and let all the cats go fend for themselves is almost to scary levels.
