I have to remind myself every day that I can only do so much for my bestie of 30 years while she's trying to find a job the same as I am.

I have to remind myself that I can't just...throw money at her because I have very little to give myself.

I'm barely able to take her where I want to for my own birthday due to the fact that I've still got unemployment filing issues.

I also have to remind myself that life still has cats, my own home, and a lot of other good things in it, while balancing the fact that I'm back down to a single didget number because I was 4 hundred something in the hole last month...and employment was denied me because I didn't realize there was a voicemail (Not to mention phone past due=+out of town) so what I thought I'd have...was not there. I also didn't realize until the dnial email came in, that UI (Unemployment Insurance) only gives you 48 hors to respond to said voicemail before they're like "Nope, sorry lady."

Concert was worth it, though (Which was what I was out of town for)...and I'd do that part all over again.
