I've been away from DW. I'm sure I'm not alone in going through crazy ups and downs, with moments or deep fear alternating with moments of boredom, and moments where hey, this is just normal.

I see one person said they could use some help right now. Is there anything I can do from afar?

I could use someone to just flail at in an asynchronous, slow email conversation. Some stuff happening around here that I just need to talk through without having to add more stress to the people who are actually suffering. Conversation would need content warnings though.
