I am restless to go walk.

We are in barely teens for real temp, and negatives for windchill.

I may yet bundle like a mummy to try and walk.

ETA: I did. 12 F, real feel -5 F, but without the horrid wind gusts that were present on my noon walk, MUCH BETTER.

I participated in the annual fandom holiday of "More Joy Day" and am feeling very good about my "More Joy Day" activities. Here's what I did for "More Joy Day": made a donation to SquidgeWorld, provided a bagful of groceries to fill the Little Free Food Pantry at my local library, made a batch of home-made fudge for my next-door neighbor and another batch for my co-workers.

Interview went well; may well have a jobe from it.

Sticking (sort of) point? No bennies. Which means now I have to calm my suddenly hyperactive " Oh look we'll have moneyl again, weee!" brain into some semblance of...
-find out whether I can hold on to either medicaid or medicare because disable
-find out what five percent ) or so) of a pretax amount is
-set up IRA of some sort
-put some away for rainy day
-bills....

plus to this job? Weekly pay. Wich will make it a bit easier to manage, I think. I hope.

I still have another interview (by phone) on Monday with a different place, so we'll see how that one goes. But I'm kind of excited that the first place liked me enough to go "Oh hey, have a job" unofficcially. It's basically background check mess at this point.
