I am managing NaNoWriMo. With a single cohesive story, instead of working on two or three novellas.

Worried about my senior cat, but he does this periodically.

Watching the deer-take at my in-laws go up.

Today was opening day of firearms deer-hunting. Our family is a bit rural, and that supplements our meat for the rest of the year, split several ways, plus a donation to a food locker for underprivileged people.

Thank you! I used to maintain one for feeds from AO3 too, but gave up on that.

Haven't checked his last bit to eat to see how much he ate, but he's not been sick again since around 1.

He's had a long history of not keeping food down, and that's why he's babied on his feeding schedule. It's just worrisome when he's in a really bad spell and skipping meals.
