Ugg, mattress shopping. And the one I want is: A) too damn expensive, and B( not really ideal for a loft bed, which sucks because dammit, I loved the son'bitch when I laid on it. (It was a Purple, if anyone was wondering.)

I...feel like an ass, too. I told someone in a different country (Whom I've known for a few months now) that I would give them a good chunk of money because I thought I would have enough to help out both my room mates and them...and then an unexpected home repair came up, that I had already earmarked money toward. The thing is, I knew the repair was needed-but not when it would be done...and it came up at the same time as this other person needed it.

Cue the guilt trip...and then the flounce off. After, mind, he'd given me a lot of the details needed to transfer money because apps... *sighs*

I felt bad, I really did, and I let him see a vulnerable side of me that not everyone sees, but I don't think it was enough for them. If I lose them for this...so be it, but I cannot help others without helping me and my family first.

The best part of my day was laying on mattresses. It's too bad the one I want's 145 LBs, and I'm 140. Loft bed limit's 310...Kinda feel like that's a bit too close for comfort. But dammit I want.

Ah well, Tuft and Needle it is. They're at least more affordable and lighter...but we can't try one before we buy it, and that makes us a little wary.
