My back is fine.
My sinuses are fine.

Our A/C is out, and it's too hot for the repairman to go in the attic during the day. He's supposed to come by early tomorrow before it gets so hot. I'm so thrilled.

pressure system moving through set off a HORRID migraine that I've been battling all day (meaning I couldn't take my bedtime pain pill cuz naproxen dials my migraine pain up to 9000 for some gods-forsaken reason), 0/10, am not a fan. Excedrin and peppermint oil are taking the edge off, but if I could have ice cream for dinner tonight, I would. :p
