Date: 2023-08-14 02:56 pm (UTC)Me, too. It really helped to have my allergist aggressively treat my allergies, but now and then, one hits me anyway. Usually when I short my sleep several days running. At least I don't have them continuously any more.
I can't wait to retire and move away from the f***ing allergy capital of the U.S! Right now, though, I have a good job that provides medical insurance that pays for the allergist, etc, so moving is not a good option yet.
