My father spent most of last week in the hospital, after a weekend bedridden with crippling pain - two different but related issues. Trying to maintain hope for healing, but scared by the real possibility that recovery may be "if", not "when".

I'm so sorry; that's very hard. Wishing for the best possible outcome for your father and your family.
