It's been a right miserable birthday. Not, like, constantly, but on balance, the trend's definitely been terrible. Little things. Big things. Waves of grief and troughs of numbness and pockets of anxiety and I'd like to take this knowledge and do a rewind on the last week-ish to make it un-happen. IDK, I'm just... so tired of being kicked while I'm already down.
