I might be vassellating in the other direction this time-because I have a lot fo feels re: work.

(I'm anxious, I'm pretty sure I'll be kept on bvecause reasons, but the anxiety is still there.)
-we are still having small issues with airport dispatch. Now it's with my routine starbucks run-they're supposed to take me directly to work-noowhere else because peak time and i'm not a passenger, and technically that's all they're there for-not employees.

So now it's time for me to buuck up and use my envision glasses (And be helped by a dispatcher any because that's how it works most days) to get my ass down there because I've been told by more than one of the SB employees on the B concorse of IIA, that I'm one of their favorite customers.

The owner of In route Spa adores me (OK maybe not "adores" but damn close), and it's one of the reasons I'm pretty sure I'll be kept on, but my manager seems to think that letting me go early is the thing to do when there is more than 2 people there, which sometimes makes me wonder if I'll always be seen as the third wheel on what should be a 2-wheeled operation. It's fucking expensive to take ubers home, and is, franmkly, why I run out of fucking money before the month is over, without amazing friends (both here and locally_) to byuffer my ass. (And now I'm not asking, just observing)

I know Dave (The owner gets it) but I'm not quite sure the manager does.

Like...I like working there, but dear gods sometimes this shit makes me want to throw up my hands and say "I'm done. Just let me go already." Ican't because I need to pay a few people every month for things I've purchased from them, but dammit I need something else to supplement this shit if I want my Money anxiety to go down enough to where I'm not numb to it, which is happening again.

Like, shitballs, I didn't want to be in a situation where money shit was a constant thing to the point where I *was* desensatized and just cossted hoping I can pull through again and again without having to pitch a bitch, but well...

And even Kaelaren/Cedar/others good at numbers are pissed at this shit, because they're starting to realize, that while a lot of this is on me/us, not all of it is, and what they're doing to us is, frankly, not sustainable in the long run without someone else (Preferably someone in that organization helping manage the damn finances, which is not something they'll do.

And I'll be damned if I have a township Payee again, no fucking way. We did that once, and we won't ever do that again. Ever.
