Two unexpected deaths in two days of people one step removed from me, and I'm in a bit of a funk about it. One was someone I would place in that nebulous space between 'acquaintance' and 'friend', in that we only ever caught up at events we were both at. The other was family of a co-worker, and I'd never met them. I just, I'm not coping the way I normally would.

Lots of unpleasant / uncomfortable acid reflux today and yesterday.

Plus more fatigue than usual.
