Med adjustment+vitamin adjustment+therapy=blah.

Like it wasn't a bad session, but I still have to do a hard, and it sucks. :/

Yeah, that sucks. Med adjustments are bloody difficult.

You would think it would be easier because it's just stepping 25 mils down in the same med, but...oh no, it can't be *that* simple, can it? *sighs*

I don't even know what it is, today started off fine ... until I found out my cat-baby had a very bad night and left liquidy poo in several piles on the bathroom floor.

Things never really got better and my mood's done nothing but crater. Every little thing's tried to set off my temper - or rather, my temper's tried to use every little thing as an excuse to explode. I've managed to keep a lid on it because I KNOW it's irrational, but I'm so tired and frustrated and just ... I don't even know, you know?
