I have a migraine and am not looking forward to fireworks.

Evidently some shit went down at the family xmas party today and Mom is done with doing parties with a certain Aunt. I avoided Problem Aunt and will have to get the low down tomorrow.

This has been a long time coming and is frankly over due.

I managed to contract Covid-19 for the second time in this year on Christmas eve. While it wasn't as bad as my first go-round in January, it still put a nice dent in the Christmas sprit for me. We'll see if the dent in my finances (As I don't have PTO with this current job) follows suit. *sighs*

I'm doing something new this start of year and doing the snowflake challenge, so hopefully that will help rekindle some of the joy for the new year, but we'll see.
