I'm aware of the warnings on wishing your life away, but I spent today convinced it was Wednesday, and tomorrow I have to have Wednesday all over again. Also, I want this year to be Done.

It's not completely clear yet if my mother is on her deathbed, but she might be. She's deteriorated a LOT in the last few days, and it's likely that we're about to begin the hospice care phase.
