Kitty pix!

Last pic features Auntie HaHa (black and white female, Harley Quinn), who's been in and out of the "hide" all day, taking care of her baby (no actual relation).
The blankets were ones we already had, since the hammock is very sturdy canvas, great for summer, but it is getting colder down here finally, so some softies that will help her hold on to heat through the night, along with the blanket tacked up over the window and around the perch (hence why all the shots are in close). And actually, the way the wrap-around blanket is arranged, it makes a second pouch right under the ledge, which is currently holding another kitty and her heat probably helps those above, too, come to think of it. XD

Honestly, I originally had it tacked up for *me* - that's a dawn-side window *right* next to my bed and I hate waking up that early in summer! XD But then Heidi discovered that she could hide on top of the A/C cuz of how far down the blanket came and part of her anxiety is she only wants to be Perceived on *her* terms (hence her original codename, Expert Hider), so I just rearranged the hang of the blanket so it's tucked around two (and a half) sides of the perch, still blocking light for me on the side closest to my pillow, but open on the other side for easy in and out.

And yes, she's finally getting good sleeps - I had to come get her for dinner, she would have snoozed right through it otherwise!

Have somehow managed to piss off some kind of connective tissue on both sides of my butt. Whatever it is goes from the lower back diagonal over the cheek to the outer upper thigh. Possible suspects: new computer chair is extra firm, weather shift to cold weather, and slept funny.

Things done to help: took a long soak in a hot bath, have plugged in the heated throw for the computer chair and draped it over said chair, and am planning on getting a memory foam cushion for the new chair with a couch cushion standing in until one can be obtained.
