I'm okay, but I've had sciatica for almost 2 weeks now and I'm fed up with it. Just to get by at all I'm needing 2-3 doses each of panadol and nurofen daily, which leave me feeling a bit flat and muzzy so I haven't been achieving much which makes me feel worse, especially as I have some writing deadlines looming. I'm mostly at home and stuff's piling up here that I ought to be tidying and putting away, but I don't have the oomph to do it and can't stand or walk for very long. I'm sure the sciatia will clear up fairly soon, but I just wanted to whinge about it. :{

Oh ouch! And I'll bet sitting down to get all that done just makes it worse. {{{hugs}}}

The only saving grace is that sitting and leaning forward in my computer chair makes it a bit better as it stretches the sacro-iliac joint a little. But I'm still not getting much done, mostly from grumpiness. :)
