3) Mom comes in tomorrow, and while the relationship has vastly inproved, there is also the anxiety that it'll backslide into what it used to be and lizardbrain cries.
There is the fact that she mails an instrument I didn't expect until spring, the job (despite the lung issues) does go well otherwise, and I am able to make it through to Friday when I get paid due to the generosity of this comunity, so thank you to relevant parties. <3

I wish I could remind myself to use my CPAP...I am now tired all the time. And while I know not using it isn't all of the issue (One of my depression sysmptems is too much sleep) it might help some.
Mom comes in today, the guitar should be here Thursday (Which consequently is one of the days I work the airport), so we'll see what goes from here.
Other than iron and Vitamin D3 (And caffine, which I'm trying to cut back on slightly) any other things you can think of for energy? Is it true that Vitamin B helps, too?

Date: 2022-10-19 01:38 am (UTC)Since you mentioned breathing issues -- I find that mint tea or ginseng tea help a little with breathing. Then I feel like I'm getting a bit more oxygen.
