Unfortunately no, and with the state of things, going to the ER would make my anxiety WORSE, thanks COVID denialism. e_e This isn't a new thing, sadly - I've had an anxiety dx for years - but usually I can figure out what's set me off. Can't always do much about it, but being able to point to something usually helps. Tonight's a bit of a mystery. Maybe peeling carrots will help....
