I went for a walk today, further than I've gone since lockdown started 2+ years ago because in the interim everyone and their inlaws and children are on the walking trail at once. So I went at dinnertime, when they're all heading home or else cooking or getting takeout, and my husband drove ahead to park and wait for me so I wouldn't have to wear myself out because we live on a hill, and I wouldn't have been able to climb back up easily. I am sore and a little stiff, but I managed to do the distance. Yay!
