Big, difficult decisions as part of my church board of trustees. Working with a new client on a project that is due Friday. I just have to get through it all. Nothing anyone can help me with, unless you are an expert on infrared optical elements made with chalcogenide glass. :-)

I'm frustrated that they aren't recommending the second booster with the updated vaccine for everyone here yet. I really hope that changes soon, since my third dose was in late last December. I would quite like to continue to remain covid free and increase my chances for that. (I luckily have escaped infection so far.)

Hip pain has been flaring up badly the past four days.

Taking Ibuprofen for it yesterday (with food!) resulted in an angry stomach and vomiting.

Pain is bad enough that I'm having to risk Ibuprofen again and hope I get away with it this time.
