I would love to know what I did that is causing shooting pains down my left arm. I'd also like to know how to fix it. (EDS means most likely something in my neck has shifted and is pinching. Could also be nerve something with the shoulder socket.) It's annoying and I'm over it.

I got two hours sleep last night :(

Had difficulty falling asleep, and then woke up (no alarm) 2 hours after I finally fell asleep, sweaty and gasping for breath.

Sounds miserable.

I'm currently struggling with my internal temperature, every day at between 21:00 and 23:00 I go through a phase where I'm sweating cobs, as we put it over here. I have no idea why, I'm well past the menopause so it's not that.
