Spent the early evening tipping over and digging out the raised bed. The various volunteer basils are now potted up for giving away. The lemon thyme and the parsley have been disentangled from each other and replanted in opposite ends of the raised bed. Went through the last pot of amaryllis seedlings from last year and got those potted up too. The SU did have to come out and help pot basil seedlings while I finger combed dirt out of roots, but it all got done before we lost the light.

If all goes to plan, tomorrow I'll move things the bigger pots and add dirt to the pots that need it.

I have 22 amaryllis babies that need new homes and 36 basil. I've got takers for 12 amaryllis and 4 basil so far.

Apparently all our other cats were only interested in licking dinner plates because George was so invested in licking dinner plates. That no one tries to get my dinner anymore is ... not fun.
